How do I order?
Our products are divided into categories (clothing, hot items, gifts & accessories). Our clothing category is divided by season & sizes. We have tried to have the matching boy/girl outfits displayed next to each other on the thumbnail pages. Choose your item and size or pattern if applicable, then proceed to our secure order form. How do I order if am outside the United States?
We accept orders throughout the world. You may place an order through the shopping cart of the on-line catalog. You will charged an initial flat shipping fee of $12.00. Your package will be weighed and actual shipping will be calculated to determine if there is any additional cost required. You will be notified by email if so prior to shipping. An email confirmation accepting the shipping/handling charges must be received by phone or email before we mail the package. An adjustment to the merchandise total will be made to include the shipping/handling charge. The shipping/handling charge will be reflected on the customer's credit card. If you prefer a quote on shipping before ordering, please send an e-mail stating what you plan to order with your address and we will e-mail you a shipping qoute. (Use the shipping chart below by doubling the US shipping equivilant for a "close" estimate.) Package recipient is responsible for any local duty and tax. Non US bank issued credit cards may experience problems when placing order, if so contact us to process your card manually. All purchases must be made in U.S. funds. Back to top
Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, American Express, Discover & JCB through our secure server. Credit cards are processed by Authorizenet.com. Look for the little lock in the bottom right hand side of your screen.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as the item has not been processed. Contact our Customer Service by email at email@example.com with your name and order number. Orders are normally processed and shipped within 72 hours. If the order has already been processed & shipped they can instruct you on returning the item upon receipt.

Why haven't I received a credit yet?
How long do credits take?
Once we receive your return we will submit your credit request. It may take 7-10 business days for you to receive your credit. Continue to check with your credit card company, and if you have not received a credit within 10 business days contact us again. Please be cautious and wait for the credit to your account before trying to use the funds; Unlimited Additions is not responsible for any overdraft/overlimit fees.Back to top
Can I return an item?
Because we are closing down our website, all sales are final beginning September 9, 2013. If a product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please send us an email indicating such for return/credit instructions.
What happens if the item ordered is not available?
For the most part, if you see it in our catalog, we have it in stock. Very few items you see are reorderable for us, so if you like it you better get it. In the unlikely event that something sells out, you will be notified by phone or email. If it can be reordered we will inform you. We know this might be an inconvenience and can offer a couple of alternatives:
*We will take the item off your order and adjust the total.
*We can offer another item of equal value.
*Or, we can cancel the order and issue a credit. Back to top
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are typically shipped within 5 business days of receipt of your order. Our "Standard" shipping is USPS Priority Mail with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days from the time we ship the order. As of October 1, 2012 with the clearance event going on, we reserve the right to choose the "Standard" shipping method (USPS First Class or Parcel post versus Priority mail) depending on the amount customer paid for shipping and actual cost to ship.
"Express" delivery is available by USPS Express Mail for in stock items at an additional charge(we may use Airborne® Express at our discretion) and a signature may be required for delivery. Express delivery orders must be received by 8:00 am central time, M-Sat, to be processed that day. Please refer to shipping chart below for estimated delivery times. Back to top
Can I have my order shipped to a P.O.Box?
Yes. If a P.O. Box is used for an "Express" delivery, you will probably receive a note to pick it up at your P.O., since a signature may be required. If you choose to ship to a P.O. Box and you experience any problem when ordering, please contact our customer service for help. Back to top
How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charges are based on merchandise dollar total. (see chart below)
Note: On domestic orders over $200, a shipping fee will be charged according to the chart below, but additional shipping fees may be required depending on weight of the shipment. If applicable, you will be notified before your order is processed.
**All international orders will be charged an initial flat shipping fee of $14.00. Additional shipping fees may be required. You will be notified before your order is processed. Back to top
