"PARDNERS" One day during an early Archery Hunt in 1984, I had just packed out a client's bull and found the camp empty, other than my new pup "Buck". As I unloaded the horses, I let them graze a little while I finished. Buck saw a rope dragging along the ground, grabbed it, and led "Hercules" all around camp. One of our other guides, Matt Bellville was the model here, but Buck played himself. This piece is even more special to me now that Buck passed on last year, at age 16.
