"LOW AND TO THE LEFT"


After getting our Main Camp "packed in" one year, John Arkley and I tore down the "End of the Road Camp", and moved into our new home. Unfortunately, a lot of mice had already established residency, and as soon as the lights were out, so were they. After throwing our boots & other miscellaneous items at them (with little effect), John resorted to his problem solver "Old Betsy", a .41 Magnum. Needless to say, he missed - just "Low and to the Left"

Originally, I had not planned on printing this, figuring it wouldn't relate to very many people. However, at it's first showing, I listened to dozens of similar stories, and decided I ought to.
