Rey Galang has long been a proponent and innovater of Soft Weapons training. He and his students have encouraged us to develop many different kinds of Sof-Stx over the years.

His Bakbakan Invitationals have introduced many local schools in the New York and New Jersey area to full contact sparring without equipment. Although he teaches seminars all over the country, his main focus is the Bakbakan School where he is the Chief Instructor.

Rey is both a friend and Mentor to Sof-Stx, and his skill and integrity is easily visible through his students.
