DOCUMENT CERTIFICATES:
Brazilian Ministry of Agriculture will declare that corned beef were derived from livestock which received ante-mortem and post-mortem veterinary inspections at time of slaughter in certified plants.
It will also declare that corned beef is free from (BSE) Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy.
The meat, offal meat products and/or inedible products were obtained exclusively from bovine born, raised and slaughtered in abattoirs under permanent veterinary control of Federal Inspection Service (ISF) in the Brazilian territory.
It will also certify that all bones have been completely removed, and the beef was thoroughly cooked throughout in Exporter Plant in Brazil.
