RENTAL & ENTERTAINMENT POLICY'S
*All rental and Entertainment contracts are non-cancelable. Once the order and deposit is taken a binding contract is in effect.
*It is the RENTERS responsibility to ask for RENTAL and ENTERTAINMENT POLICY'S or read them on our web site.
*A contract will be mailed, faxed or e-mailed to RENTER UPON REQUEST.
*MAGIC WORLD will have a copy of the contract at set-up or at renter pick-up to sign.
*RAIN AND CANCELLATIONS*
*If rained out completely and notified before setup or Renter pick-up, a rain check will be given for use at a later date.
*Once rental item is set-up or picked-up by Renter, no rain checks can be given.
*No refunds are given for rental items only rain checks.
*There are no date limits on rain checks and you can choose a different rental item if you wish.
* There are no guarantees that your rain checked rental item will be available on the date you choose. Please call a.s.a.p. when you want to use your rain check.
*RENTAL CONTRACT CLARIFICATION*
The Renter understand that Magic World Balloonary Inc., is not liable for any and all personal injury or property damage that may result from the use of this rental. I hereby release, waive and discharge Magic World Balloonary inc. , It's officers and employees from all liability from the use of this rental. I take full responsibility for any and all injuries and claims that may arise from the use of this rental. The Renter and all your guest, use the above rental item at your own risk.
ENTERTAINMENT CONTRACT CLARIFICATION
*All entertainment contracts are non-cancelable. Failure on the part of either party signing this contract to fulfill same shall make party failing to so liable for the amount of the contract. . In the event of Illness, death, acts of god , A refund or a suitable replacement entertainer will be offered for your event. If you cancel due to illness, death or acts of god, a rain check will be given.
