"God said you were getting weary
so He did what He thought best,
He came and stood beside you
and whispered, 'Come and rest'.

You bade no one a last farewell,
not even a good-bye, you were
gone before we knew it
and only God knows why."

To mrs. JoAnn, my second mother, and a great friend for life. You always cared for us and made sure we were going in the right path. Your love is appreciated and will truly be missed. My only wish is that my children and Grandchildren could have known you better. God bless your rest, I will remember everything you taught me, and pass it on to my family. Love, your other child, Tanya!!

Delores' daughter, Lorita Moody, E-Mail: it`smine@peoplepc.com, adds

I didn`T HAVE THE CHANCE TO SEE YOU OR TELL YOU HOW MUCH I love you or miss you so here goes. You should have been immersed in flowers every day.Strong and beautiful, resilient, resplendent and durable,.Weathering every storm every shower. No rain regardless of how relentless can shake your petals. You stand lovely and tall in the face of lifes greatest adversity, bringing joy and comfort to others seeking none for yourself. I saw how you was always loving to friends and family a comely and unique bouquet and you were beautiful and comforting to them and they was strengthening to you. However it was your hands in the garden that brought us together. You was so like a flower. You should have been immersed in their petals every day. Your Loving daughter Lorita.

YOU DON'T LEARN TO TRULY APPRECIATE SOMEONE UNTIL THEIR GONE, AND UNFORTUNATELY THAT'S A LIFE LESSON. I HAVE NEVER MISSED ONESOME SO MUCH IN ALL MY LIFE. MY HEART IS EMPTY AND WILL NEVER BE REFILLED WITHOUT YOUR LOVING TOUCH AND WORDS OF WISDOM. MOMMIE YOU ARE SORELY MISSED.
