The capacity of this crock is only 1 gallon and is perfect for a 1 gallon size bottle and comes with it's own special lid to place on the crock. This crocks come with a special brass leek prof valve for years of service. This special crock is 8" high WITHOUT lid and 10" wide at the bottom and will fit any standard counter stand.
