About Esmee Snyder, CCTPM...
Esmee Snyder, a lifelong animal lover, received her certification in canine trigger point myotherapy in 2004 from Equi-Myo in Granby, CT. She has augmented that knowledge by studying myofascial release, a very gentle approach to animal body work.
Esmee's practice also includes equines, and she has helped many dogs and horses achieve more comfortable performance levels. Using non-invasive and non-threatening techniques, her goal is to first totally relax her client and then seek out areas where muscles or fascia might be compromised. The next step is to release any restrictions and follow up with gentle stretches.
"I can say 99% of my clients are happy to see me, which I consider an indication that what I'm doing is helping," says Esmee. "My sole goal is to try to effect changes that make my clients more comfortable and willing to perform the job at hand. I love what I do and work hard to keep my furry friends feel fine canines!"

*PLEASE NOTE: Massage is not a substitute for proper veterinary care. If your dog appears sick or injured, please contact your vet.
